The most fundamental practice in the Yogic system is the cleansing of the 5 elements, or Pancha Bhuta, in the system. This cleansing process is called Bhuta Shuddhi. Essentially all other Yogic practices are an extract from the Pancha Bhuta system of Yoga. This purification process of the five elements within the human system shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.
